Since Nikolay joined IVJ Legal Bureau* in early 2000s and subsequently IVJ Business Partners, he has been advising clients on a wide range of international business transactions and has developed particular experience in the energy, retail, IP, real estate development and construction sectors. He has been acting for international and domestic financial groups, investment companies, corporate and individual clients in a number of cross-border acquisitions and regularly appears before courts and arbitration panels, combining his knowledge of both, Russian and common law legal environments.
